The Cedar City Rotary Club will be holding the 29th Annual July Jamboree Car Show and Street Festival on July 10th and 11th of 2026.  The July Jamboree is the larger of the two fundraising events held each year by the Cedar City Rotary Club. Over the past decade the Cedar City Rotary has raised over one half million dollars, which has been distributed to a variety of local projects and charitable organizations.  All funds raised are not used for club operations.

The 2026 July Jamboree will begin with a Friday, July 10th, evening early registration in the parking lot of Tink’s Napa Auto parts on 200 North.  There will be a band, food trucks and a beer garden.  Early registration has been held at Tink’s for several years now and it was a smashing success, attracting hundreds of folks from the community.  We appreciate the support that Tink’s provides for our premier event!!

At 8 AM on Saturday, July 11th, registration will be at Southwest Tech with a breakfast buffet provided for the car participants. Southwest Tech and the Cedar City Rotary Club partner on a variety of projects.  The Culinary Arts students prepare a luncheon for some of the Club’s weekly meetings.  It provides the students with “real world” experience and Rotarians with some great food =) The Cedar City Rotary Club provides scholarships to these students and others who are in need of assistance to work towards certifications in a variety of fields. After breakfast, car participants are invited to participate in a Rod Run – the route is to be determined.

At noon, July 11th, Main Street will be closed so that approximately 140 vendors can begin setting up their booths on the East side of Main Street and in the Main Street Park.  At 2:45pm the car participants will begin to line up on 200 North between 100 West and Main Street (reserved priority parking entrants) and on Main Street in front of the State Bank of Southern Utah (entrants who did not get reserved priority parking).

At 4:00pm, July 11th, the event will officially begin.  Live bands will begin on a stage in the Main Street Park. There will also be a food court in the same area, which includes a Beer and Wine Garden.

The 2025 July Jamboree attracted an estimated 18,000 to 20,000 spectators and over 350 car participants.

The goal of the July Jamboree is to produce a family-friendly, automotive-oriented street festival that showcases the many amenities that Cedar City and Iron County have to offer. The objective of the event is to raise as much money as possible, which will be distributed to a wide range of community, charitable and humanitarian projects.

A partial list of benefactors from this event includes:  Little League Baseball, Boys State and Girls State, Canyon Creek Services, Iron County Care & Share, Cedar City Hospital, SUU scholarships for Iron County Students, Main Street Park electrical upgrade, Rotary Centennial Veterans Park, Happy Factory, Southwest Livestock Show, SUU Athletics, Southwest Technology College, Tri-County Dictionary Project, Fiddler’s Elementary School mobile pantry and the Canyon Park Project (all-abilities water play and playground) and many others.

By showcasing the amenities of the region, such as the Rotary Centennial Veterans Park, Canyon Park West and the Homestead Frontier State Park, the event has the potential for off-season or weekday promotion of Iron County.

Most of the funds raised by this event come from sponsorships provided by a wide range of community partners.  Partners of previous events included many Cedar City and Southern Utah businesses:  Tink’s Superior Auto Parts, Boulevard Home Furnishings, Cedar City Motor Company, Tucker’s Auto Parts, Southern Utah University, Rally Stop, Tri State Motors, America First Credit Union, Mountain America Credit Union, Centro Pizza, The Pub Spirits & Craft Kitchen, Town and Country Best Western Motel, Iron Springs Resort and many others.  Also, SUU Athletics provides much of the manpower to help set up the event.

The Cedar City Rotary Club is excited for the 2026 July Jamboree Car Show and invite all to attend to experience Cedar City and this wonderful event!! This event is FREE to the public.
